The City of Melbourne is pleased to announce its third exhibition to celebrate the Ho Chi Minh City Young Artists Grant Program. This year Council will launch a publication acknowledging the benefits and outcomes of our support to young artists in Ho Chi Minh City. The key partner in this endeavour is the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Australian Consul-General Office, Ho Chi Minh City, who have assisted in the administration of the program and the resulting publication in 2010. |
